Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent automatically to the address you provided. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your Junk or Spam folder.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders immediately. If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at contact@durtybikerz.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is in production.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Diners Club. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit time is 4–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days for the continental US.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders within the continental United States. A $15 additional fee applies for Alaska and Hawaii.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to display the credit.
