Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent automatically to the address you provided. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your Junk or Spam folder. Still nothing? Contact us at contact@durtybikerz.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders immediately. If you need to make changes or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at contact@durtybikerz.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order is in production.

Why was my payment declined?

Payment failures can occur due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or security settings on your bank's end. Double-check your information and try again, or use an alternative payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank directly.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Diners Club. All transactions are secured and encrypted. See our Payment Methods page for full details.

🚚 Shipping

What is the delivery time for my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit time is 4–7 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5–9 business days from the date of purchase. Alaska and Hawaii: add 5 additional business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders within the continental United States. A $15 additional fee applies for Alaska and Hawaii.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. You can also track your order via our order tracking page.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, first check your tracking link for updates. If there is no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at contact@durtybikerz.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

🔄 Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. See our Return Policy page for full details.

I received a damaged or defective item — what should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@durtybikerz.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to display the credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, return your original item and place a new order. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details, and manage returns more easily.
