1. Return conditions

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, provided that:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All tags and original packaging are included
• The return is authorized in advance by our customer service team

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order. Return and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

3. Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect or our error:

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
• Products with missing tags or original packaging
• Promotional, personalized, or limited-edition items (unless defective)
• Underwear and intimate apparel

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@durtybikerz.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or arrange a return at no cost to you.
