Once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know.
Policy details
1. Refund eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following conditions:
- The item was returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All tags and original packaging are included
- The return was authorized in advance by our customer service team
Please note: Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender.
2. Refund process
We receive your returned item and begin the inspection process.
You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been received and is under review.
Once the inspection is complete, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for your bank or card provider to display the credit in your account.

The following items are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect:
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
- Products with missing tags or original packaging
- Promotional, personalized, or limited-edition items
- Underwear and intimate apparel
5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@durtybikerz.com with your order number and photos of the issue. In this case, return shipping is covered by Durty Bikerz and a full refund or replacement will be issued.
